Binura Seneviratne

Binura Seneviratne is a Overseas Development Institute (ODI) Fellow, currently working at the Ministry of Finance, Tonga. He has previously worked as a Research Officer at the Institute of Policy Studies, Sri Lanka, the apex policy research institute in the country. Binura's interests include research in international trade, macroeconomics and development economics, with a focus on policy related issues. He holds a Masters in Economic Policy (MSc) from the Australian National University, Australia and a Bachelors in Economics and Finance from the University of York, United Kingdom. He is also an Australia Awards Scholar through a course in Trade Promotion and Marketing at the Griffith University, Australia.
