Frank O'Donnell

Frank O’Donnell is a Nonresident Fellow with Stimson’s South Asia Program. His areas of expertise include nuclear doctrine and posture development, conventional military modernization, and national security policymaking processes in India, China and Pakistan. He is a Stanton Junior Faculty Fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University, where he is currently exploring evolving strategic perceptions and posturing within the Sino-Indian nuclear dyad. Frank was previously Assistant Professor (UK: Lecturer) at the Britannia Royal Naval College, and has also held research positions at the University of Aberdeen and James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies.
