Portia Conrad

Dr. Portia B. Conrad has 12 years of experience in the government & public policy industry and holds a PhD in International Relations. Until recently, she was heading the International Relations Division at the International Buddhist Confederation in New Delhi. Previously, she has worked with the National Security Council Secretariat, Government of India and the Policy, Planning and Research Division of the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. Her core interests include security dynamics in South Asia, geopolitical implications of soft power diplomacy and strategic culture.
