Avasna Pandey


Avasna Pandey is from Nepal and completed her MA in Politics with specialization in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. Currently, she is working as a research intern at the Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies (IPCS), New Delhi. She has previously worked as a summer intern for the Hudson Institute, a Washington DC-based think tank. She has also worked as a researcher on food security and women's reproductive health at Rural Reconstruction Nepal in Kathmandu. Her research interests include non-traditional security, critical theory, and the global south. She occasionally writes for The Kathmandu Post.
