Mallaika Thapar

Mallaika Thapar is a researcher with interests in security, migration, and human rights across South Asia and the Indo-Pacific. Her work examines how state policies on conflict, displacement, and gender shape regional stability and foreign policy. Her writings have been published in both domestic and international outlets. She holds a B.A. from Glendon College, York University in Toronto, and previously served as a Research Advisor at Global Rights Defenders.
