Priyanka Moonesinghe

Priyanka Moonesinghe is currently working as a Consultant-Program Coordinator for the Regional Centre for Strategic Studies (RCSS), Sri Lanka. Her area of research expertise is human security. She has previously worked as a Research Analyst at the Institute of National Security Studies Sri Lanka (INSSSL), under the Ministry of Defense. In addition, she has worked overseas for the Permanent Mission of Sri Lanka to the United Nations in New York as well as in the Operations Division at the United Nations Office for Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Vienna, Austria. Her past work experience also includes work at the Parliament of Sri Lanka. Her educational background consists of a Master of Advanced International Studies (MAIS) from the Diplomatic Academy in Vienna, Austria and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick, England.
