Pushan Das


Pushan Das is a Junior Fellow with the Observer Research Foundation, New Delhi's National Security Program, and Program Coordinator, Global Governance Program. He tracks and analyzes developments in Indian foreign and security policy. He is currently working on issues related to Indian military modernization. He was also the coordinator for the ORF-led Raisina Dialogue, India’s flagship conference of geopolitics and geo-economics hosted in collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. He is co-editor of the annual ORF handbook on defense titled the 'Defense Primer.' He completed his Masters in International Security from the School of Global Studies at the University of Sussex in 2014. He has previously worked as a Correspondent for the India Today Group. He was an SAV Visiting Fellow in January 2017.
