Sanath De Silva

Sanath de Silva is a PhD candidate at the Department of International Relations, University of Colombo. His research focuses on nuclear complexities in South Asia. He is a fellow at the East West Center and The Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies in Honolulu, Hawaii. He has published on cooperative security in South Asia and Security of Non-nuclear Weapons States. He has also co-authored a book on ‘Warfare in Sri Lanka: Military History of the Island from Earliest times to Independence’ published in 2017 by Sarasavi Publishers, Colombo, Sri Lanka.
