Sohini Bose (MPhil in International Relations) is a Research Assistant at Observer Research Foundation (ORF) Kolkata, working on Phase II of the project — India’s Maritime Connectivity: Importance of the Bay of Bengal — under the ‘Proximity to Connectivity' research programme.
