Anuradha Oinam is an Assistant Professor at Imphal College, Imphal, Manipur and holds a doctorate degree from the Division of Diplomacy and Disarmament, Centre for International Politics, Organization, Diplomacy and Disarmament (CIPOD), School of International Studies (SIS), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, India. Previously she was associated with the Centre for Land Warfare Studies (CLAWS) and FNSR. Her area of interest are Changing Character of Warfare, Private Military and Security Companies (PMSCs), India’s Act East Policy, Insurgency, Northeast Region of India, Myanmar and Bangladesh.
