Asma Khan Lone

Asma Khan Lone has widely written on the politics and security issues of South Asia, especially the Kashmir conflict. Her work has been published in India, Pakistan, Middle East, the United Kingdom and the United States. A University of Cambridge graduate, she has previously taught as an Assistant Professor at Jindal School of International Affairs (JSIA), Jindal Global University, India. She has also worked on various projects on Kashmir with Conciliation Resources, UK and had a stint at the Institute of Strategic Studies, Islamabad (ISSI), Pakistan. A Pakistani national dividing her time between Islamabad, Srinagar (Kashmir) and New Delhi, Asma has the unique opportunity of providing a balanced and informed narrative on the broader issues of the region.
