Ayona Bhattacharjee

Dr. Ayona Bhattacharjee is an Assistant Professor of Economics at IMI New Delhi. Prior to joining IMI, she was an Assistant Professor at O.P Jindal Global University. She holds a doctoral degree in Economics, from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB). Her current research interests include economics of health and education. She has successfully presented her work at several national and international conferences including health-related conferences organized by iHEA, Health Economists' Study Group, GLoHMT and others. She has also published in top-tier health journal, news dailies and has written book chapters on issues related to health economics. Prior to her academic career, she worked with Data Analytics firms for three years.
