Hely Desai

Hely Desai is a Research Associate at CSDR and Research Fellow at the CTBTO specializing in South Asian nuclear policy. She holds an MPhil from Cambridge University and has previously been affiliated with the Centre for Air Power Studies, Indian Institute of Sciences and India’s Ministry of External Affairs. Hely has also served as Associate Editor for the Cambridge Review of International Affairs and a Graduate Researcher at Cambridge. She is also an incoming PhD student at the University of Cambridge.
