Kashoon Leeza is a policy analyst focused on technology and foreign policy in the South Asia region. She has previously worked with the Government of Pakistan on matters of national security and foreign policy. She is currently working with Pakistan Software Houses Association for IT and IT-enabled services as Policy lead, where she leads the engagement and policy with the public stakeholders. She was Visiting Fellow at Stimson Center and also worked as Policy & Advocacy Specialist at IPRI. Before that, she has worked as Teacher and Research Associate at the School of Politics and International Relations, Quaid- e-Azam University. She has completed her Bachelor in International Relations degree from the same university, and interned with a women's empowerment project in Turkey through AIESEC. Her research interests include technology policy, conflict studies, Pakistan’s foreign policy, the Indo-Pacific, international law, women's empowerment, and minority issues.
