Khalid Shah

Khalid Shah is a political and security analyst. He worked as an Associate Fellow with the Strategic Studies and Neighborhood Studies departments at Observer Research Foundation. His primary research interests include the Kashmir conflict, India’s Kashmir Policy, the India-Pakistan bilateral relationship and cross border terrorism.

He has written on the internal security matters concerning India for publications like Global Network on Extremism and Technology (GNET), DFR Lab (Atlantic Council), BBC, The Print, The Quint, FirstPost, among others. His expert comments on Kashmir, Indo-Pak relations and terrorism have found space publications like The Guardian, Bloomberg, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Deutsche Welle, Der Spiegel and Vice News.
