Mikhail Korostikov

Mikhail Korostikov is an international relations expert and a journalist, heading the Asia desk at Kommersant Publishing House, Russia’s biggest and most prominent independent entity. He is also a foreign policy expert at the Russian International Affairs Council. In 2015, he joined Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov's personal pool of journalists who accompany him everywhere to cover the most important events shaping the world of diplomacy. He has also worked at the Russian APEC Study Center. He has studied international relations and Chinese at Moscow State University of International Relations and Shanghai University. He often gives public lectures and does private consulting on relations between Russia and Asia, as well as domestic policies of Asian countries.
