Oorja Tapan

Oorja Tapan is currently a Llyod and Lillian Vasey Fellow at the Pacific Forum, Hawaii, U.S., and an NASC Fellow at the Takshashila Institution. She is pursuing her Doctorate in Diplomacy and Disarmament from the Centre for International Politics, Organisation and Disarmament (CIPOD), School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
