Parul Bakshi

Parul Bakshi is Fellow for Climate and Energy at Observer Research Foundation Middle East and a Visiting Research Fellow at the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies. Her research agenda spans energy security, the geopolitics of energy, and the energy transition. She holds a doctorate from Jawaharlal Nehru University.
