Raghvendra Kumar

Raghvendra Kumar is an independent researcher and analyst specializing in Indian Ocean geopolitics and maritime affairs. Previously he worked as an Associate Fellow at the National Maritime Foundation (NMF), Delhi. Prior to his tenure at the NMF, Mr. Kumar taught undergraduate students at the Department of Political Science, Maharaja Agrasen College, University of Delhi. His areas of interest include but are not limited to Africa in the Indian Ocean, India and China in Indian Ocean geopolitics, maritime security studies, and non-traditional security challenges.
