Raheb Radfar

Raheb is a Fulbright student and is currently enrolled in the Master of International Affairs program at University of Albany’s Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy. He was previously a Research Assistant with the South Asia Program at the Stimson Center. His research interests include Afghan foreign policy and Southern Asian geopolitics. Previously, Raheb was a desk officer at the Regional Cooperation Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan, where he worked on the Heart of Asia-Istanbul Process. He also worked as executive manager of the Open Government Partnership Secretariat at the Office of the Chief of Staff to the President of Afghanistan. He holds a BA in Law and Political Science from Kabul University.
