Saba Sattar
Dr. Saba Sattar is a scholar-practitioner who specializes in the Indo-Pacific region, with a particular focus on South and Northeast Asia through a whole-of-government lens. She currently serves as a subject matter expert in the private sector, where she provides comprehensive risk assessments primarily in the critical infrastructure sector. She obtained her doctorate in Statecraft and National Security at the Institute of World Politics in Washington, D.C. She previously provided extensive research and analytical support to a Department of Defense (DoD)-based institution, the Near East South Asia Center for Strategic Studies. Dr. Sattar maintains a native-level proficiency in English and three languages native to the Indian subcontinent.
