Saher Liaqat

Saher Liaqat is a Research Fellow at Hanns Seidel Foundation and is a graduate student of International Relations from the School of Politics and International Relations, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. She has also been associated with an Islamabad-based Policy think tank, Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad and China Study Center, COMSATS University, Islamabad.
