Samir Kumar

Samir Kumar is a research associate for India, Pakistan, and South Asia at the Council on Foreign Relations. Prior to that, he was an analyst on India for Geoskope, a market entry consultancy; and a research associate on India and Pakistan with the Congressional Research Service. He has previously been based in Sri Lanka through the Fulbright program.
