Syed Adnan Athar Bukhari

Syed Adnan Athar Bukhari is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Defence and Strategic Studies at Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. He has a PhD in Defence and Strategic Studies from the same university, part of the research for which he conducted at the University of Leicester, UK and at St. Anthony College, University of Oxford, UK. His research interests include strategic, security and international affairs, nuclear non-proliferation, arms control and disarmament, nuclear deterrence, South Asian security and international law.
