Teesta Prakash
Dr. Teesta Prakash is an analyst at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute where she is leading a major project under the India Program focussed on cyber and critical technology. Previously, she was the inaugural Southeast Asia Research Associate at the Lowy Institute. She holds a PhD in International Relations from Griffith Asia Institute, her thesis explored Australia-India strategic relations during the Cold War. Teesta also holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Australian National University. She writes extensively on Indian Foreign and Tech Policy, Southeast Asia and the Indo-Pacific.
