Zeba Fazli is a Research Analyst with the South Asia Program at the Stimson Center. She serves as Managing Editor of South Asian Voices and previously spearheaded Stimson’s Strategic Learning initiative, where she produced and co-authored four online courses on South Asian strategic issues, including nuclear deterrence, missile technologies, and naval nuclear dynamics of the Indian Ocean. An expert on the geopolitics and regional security of South Asia, her research interests include popular narratives and rhetoric about India-Pakistan relations.
Previously, Zeba worked at the New York chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations. She holds an M.A. in South Asian Studies from Columbia University and a B.A. in History from New York University.
