Abiral Khatri

Abiral Khatri is a National Finance Specialist at Steer Group, advising on the ADB-GCF financed Sustainable Urban Electric Mobility Project in Nepal. He is an Adjunct Lecturer at Tribhuvan University and Embark College, Kathmandu, and is a Fellow at the Asian Mountain Academic Alliance (AMAA). He was part of the HiRISK rapid hazard assessment team that responded within 72 hours of the August 26 Rasuwa Bhotekoshi disaster.
