Keshav Thakur is a Senior Analyst - Energy Transition and Climate Finance at the Power Foundation of India and is currently seconded to the Ministry of Power, Government of India. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Governance from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and works at the interface of policy design and regulatory frameworks planning, with a focus on evidence-based approaches to India’s decarbonisation pathway.
