Keshav Thakur

Keshav Thakur is a Senior Analyst - Energy Transition and Climate Finance at the Power Foundation of India and is currently seconded to the Ministry of Power, Government of India. His work engages with issues related to power sector reform, clean energy transition, vehicle energy efficiency norms, and the emerging architecture of carbon markets. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Governance from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and works at the interface of policy design and regulatory frameworks planning, with a focus on evidence-based approaches to India’s decarbonisation pathway.
